The TRUTH About Credit Repair...
You should be able to find several indispensable facts about credit repair in the following paragraphs. If there's at least one fact you didn't know before, imagine the difference it might make.
Have you ever wondered what companies send you when they claim you can erase bad credit overnight? How about those ads that say you can get any major credit card without a deposit or a credit check?

"In 3hrs my credit score jumped from 580 to 676!"...
"Erase bad credit and smash your debts with just 2 Magic Letters!".

While many people would love for you to believe the only thing that can fix bad credit is time; in reality... nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is, time is only one factor which can fix a credit report, but it's a far cry from being the only factor. How can I back this up? Easy.
Under a consumer protection law known as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (a.k.a. the FCRA) the only negative information which can remain on your credit report is not what is accurate... but what can be proved as accurate under the FCRA. What's this mean to you?
It means any negative item on your credit report can only remain there if it is accurate and CAN BE PROVED AS SUCH under the guidelines of the FCRA. This undisputable fact presents consumers with both good news and bad news.
Once you begin to move beyond basic background information, you begin to realize that there's more to credit repair than you may have first thought.
The good news is that through the FCRA your credit score can most likely be improved dramatically in a very short period of time with only a modest amount of effort on your part.
The bad news is that while the actual "work" will take very little of your time, it is vital that you have good information on "how" to go about it. This is the bad news; 9 out of 10 courses on restoring your credit will do nothing more than lead you into snake pits because they will provide you with what the industry refers to as "Boiler Plate" dispute letters.
These are nothing more than form letters and... quite frankly (more bad news) the Credit Bureaus and Creditors will laugh at you if you try to use them.
While I agree with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that "Anything a Credit Repair Clinic can do for you legally, you can do for yourself at little or not cost"... the key element you need for success is the latest inside techniques and procedures
to get the results you want. This involves strategies such as "Proof of Contract", "Constructive Notice", "Challenge of Procedure" or "Restrictive Endorsement" and many others.
All these terms may "sound" impressive but they are really quite simple. In the end, it is nothing more than a method of communication which exercises your consumer protection rights, gets the results you want and raises your credit score. Even more impressive, once you learn how simple it can be by doing it for yourself, you will find there is a fortune to be made doing it for others! Triple your website traffic in 30 days. by Doug Saroso
So you want to triple your traffic? Actually I used these techniques to rocket my website from 80 uniques a day to 800 in just a month. I purposely reduced my claims in this article because I like to under-promise and over-deliver.
Offer your website in other languages. Search google for "translation script" and install it on your website. I have had a webmaster tell me thats spam, but that is silly. How can offering my website in other languages be spam. I am taking my quality content and changing it into a form other people can use. This step alone tripled my website traffic! What is even better is that I found the foreign language users click on ads a lot!
Even though search engines have changed they still value links. What if I was able to tell you how to get real PR6 links from trusted sites? I know you have all heard of social bookmarking sites like digg. If you have tried them, you have discovered you can get a little boost of traffic here and a slight increase in traffic over all. That's great, but the link they give you is FAKE. It has a NOFOLLOW tag on it so google and other engines will basically give you no credit for it. But I promised you a free PR6 link right. Ok. Go to searchallinone.com, create 5 ID's and submit a story, and use the other id's to vote for yourself. Presto. You have a link from their homepage which is PR6. (I know the admin for this site and he is ok with this behaviour. He says if someone is will to create 5 id's he thinks its frontpage news LOL). Not only do you get that link but you will also get a link from each tag you create for your story, and you will get a custom page with what you wrote on it. Now wait 3 days and go to google and type in the title. Presto it will most likely be on the first page of results. Since the story links to you, visitors will start to come to your site. But it gets better. I have taken the time to compile a whole wack of sites just like this one, where you can do the same thing: . searchallinone.com tagne.ws clipmarks.com corank.com searchles.com clipclip.org marktd.com mister-wong.de plugim.com riffs.com butterflyproject.nl Uvouch.com www.rawsugar.com www.barksbookmarks.com www.clipfire.com linkarena.com yigg.de unrumor.com . Submit your story to all the sites listed above. Wait 3 days and do the search for your story title again. You might be pleasantly surprised. Start with long tail keywords (5 or 6 keywords in the title). Now after you do this to several stories on your site relating to the same topic, your site will start to rank, and even outrank (as it should) the listings you just created above. If you doubt this works, try it, it really does work.
I am sure you have heard of article submissions before. Before you yawn, let me tell you this. They work, if you can get your article in the hundreds of article sites. Putting your article in 2 or 3 sites doesn't do it. I personally bought several software packages to do this and had very limited success. Being a little lazy, I almost never bothered to create 700+ user ids for each system. Thats just too much work. Just recently, I signed up to a service that creates all the ID's for you! Wow. What is even better, is that this service also makes a unique version of your article for every article site. Anyone who has used articles before knows that the first thing you do when you are deciding whether to use an article or not, is to search for it in google and see how many copies are already out there. Every copy of the article is just as easily readable as the original. Its fantastic. Actually the article you are reading is from the service I am referring to. They currently submit to 741 article sites and they keep their interfaces to each of these sites up to date. You can get to their signup page here: articlewiz.radpages.com . I have to be honest. The above technique is so powerful I almost didn't include it in this article.

If you are curious about investing in foreclosures, you may wonder exactly what it takes to make money in the foreclosures market. Deciding which sort of properties to invest in is often the first step. Many savvy investors prefer to buy REO real estate directly
from lenders. This is the most popular way to buy these properties simply because it is less of a hassle and far easier than other types of investing. In addition, investing in REO homes bought directly from lenders such as banks brings with it fewer risks and
complications.
Once you know what you're looking for, you can find foreclosures through a good listing service. You can also find these properties in court documents, newspapers, or through realtors and networking. Once you've found some likely real estate properties that
meet your basic requirements, you will need to decide which foreclosures are worth pursuing further.
The best way to do this is to subtract the asking price of the properties you are interested in from the average price of similar sized and similar styled homes in the same location. The resulting sum gives you a very general idea of the amount of profit or equity
you can make from the purchase. You should only attempt to buy foreclosures that give you a good return on your initial investment and give you plenty of equity as well. Look for repossessed real estate that gives you a discount of a least 15% to 20% off the
actual market value. Also, look for properties that will earn you at least 35% to 40% in profits after you have spent all the required money on closing, securing, and repairing the foreclosures.
You should also only look for investment real estate in good or in improving neighbourhoods, since homes in poorer neighbourhoods may take a long time to resell and may mean smaller profits. These homes may also depreciate in value.
Once you've done all this, you may be down to only a few foreclosures that meet your requirements. This is the time to contact the real estate agent or the seller in charge of the properties that interest you. Where it all possible, have the contact person meet
you at the foreclosures that interest you so that you can look over the properties yourself. Bring along a qualified inspector and get written documentation about any repair estimates, damages, liabilities, and problems with the properties. Deduct the costs of
these problems from the asking price of the home and use this information to negotiate for a better asking price.
If you're investing in foreclosures, you must subtract all the costs that are associated with repairing, borrowing, managing, closing, and buying foreclosures. Subtract this total sum from the price you think you may get on your foreclosures and make sure that
this price represents at least a profit of 35% to 40%. Don't be afraid to bargain down the costs associated with the down payment, interest rates, closing costs, and even the asking price. You can negotiate all these factors on your foreclosures to get a better
bargain and therefore a better profit.
