Get Fast Cash Without A Job - Three Ways to Stay Afloat by Geoffrey Givens

When your out of work money is always tight, I've been there a few times myself and I've found that it's a lot easier to stay out of debt than to get out of debt, so let me share with you a few simple things that I've used to get fast cash when I needed It most.

Get $100 to Pay Expenses

One thing I often do is apply for credit card promotions that offer large initial bonuses.

For example the citi professional card offers a 10,000 thank you point bonus, which you can redeem for $100 worth of free gas or gift cards to various department stores.

There are tons of these types of cards to be found by looking on the search engines. This may not be the end all solution but a hundred bucks can certainly help pay some expenses.

Cash In by Selling Your Old Stuff, And Then Some

If you haven't started selling on eBay yet than there's no time like the present!

If your not yet familiar with eBay then you might want to pay a quick visit to the eBay university learning center for an introduction.

Selling on eBay takes a little effort but it is a great way to make some quick short term cash.

The quickest way to cash in on eBay is to simply offload some of your old stuff. Now if you're a pack rat like me you may find it hard to part with some of it, but let's face it that keyboard piano hasn't come out it's box in eight months - I think someone else could put it to better use.

You'll want to learn a little bit about how to list the items and write descriptions first. One word of warning about this though, when your just starting out and aren't that serious yet I'd suggest against buying any "how to sell on ebay" type books as most of them are outdated and you can find better information for free just by searching for it.

One technique for finding profitable items is called "arbitrage" and involves finding items on eBay for below market value then reselling them for a profit. There's a better explanation Here (the link's near the bottom of the page).

Make Money by Starting a Part Time Business

Starting a part time business does not have to be as hard as it may sound.

If you have any valuable talents or knowledge than offer them to others, and make a good profit doing so!

For example if you have skills in cooking you could offer your services as a cooking instructor or a private chef or caterer.

Another way to go about it is to identify a need people have and then fulfill it.

If you have a pickup truck or van you could offer your services to people who need to get rid of things like furniture but don't have the space in their cars, or offer to clean out garages and haul away the contents.

Give people something they need, if it's hot set up a concession stand and sell cold drinks or hot drinks if it's cold, if its raining sell ponchos.

Always be on the lookout for opportunities and you'll oftentimes find yourself at the right place at just the right time.

There are countless other ways to make some extra money, but I hope I've been able sparked a few ideas in you so far. For 101 more quick money making ideas visit emergency-cash-generators.blogspot.com
